new law as to drivers license suspension for a D.U.I. arrest

There is a new statute that allows for an arrested individual to obtain a driving permit for “business purposes only ” with no loss or waiting period!! Under the old law if an arested person took a breath test and the results were above a .08 there in all likelyhood would be a 30 period where the driver could not legally drive.
